Programs
Churches that are selected to work with Elder King and the REconstruction Road team are provided with a clear outline of the programmatic and/or instrumental support being offered. A personalized plan is then designed to advance the mission and directives of that church.
When mentoring church leaders, Elder King meets with them at least once a month for up to two years. Depending upon the needs of the ministry, he provides assessments, advice and planning tools in any area of church operation.
Though general evangelists in the Methodist tradition often charge for their services, Elder King provides his expertise with free will offerings, as a service to the Methodist community. Other facilitators recommended by Reconstruction Road may charge a fee for their services. Any such costs must be approved and paid for by the participating church.
